Talking to one of our home owners

"Freedom…like never before!", says Wikus Landman.

This month we catch up with Wikus Landman, a businessman from Alberton, who bought a stand in Phase 1 in October 2009. He started building in January this year and hopes to move into his dream home in July 2011.

“It’s always been a dream of mine to live in a golf estate.  My wife was sold on the lifestyle that Eye of Africa Golf & Residential Estate offers to families, so yes, we bought to build and to stay.

“To be honest, the golf is actually secondary to the fact that this estate is quite possibly one of the most beautiful estates I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. ‘Though it’s still quite close to city life, living here is living in nature. The surrounds are beautiful and the fact that the developers have paid such close attention to preserving the environment, gives us a feeling of freedom and of breathing in nature.

“We were sold on the fact that Eye of Africa allows us a lifestyle where our children can ride their bikes without us being fearful for their safety. We can take long walks without having to constantly look over our shoulders. Eye of Africa Golf & Residential Estate offers us a new freedom which we have never experienced and we simply can’t wait to move into our new home,” Wikus concludes.

Safety and security go hand in hand

Safety and security

Possibly one of the most important benefits offered by Eye of Africa Golf
& Residential Estate, located just south of Johannesburg, is the safe and secure environment that has been created for families.

Developers of Eye of Africa Estate spared no cost in delivering on their promise of safety and security as a priority and have chosen a state-of-the-art security system to ensure the safety of residents as well as the monitoring of all activity on the estate.
