Our Vision is to create a vibrant recreational, social and community hub that will become the key destination and gathering space for Eye of Africa’s residential community. At the heart of Phase 1 you will find a sense of resort-like indulgence. The proposed Recreation Club will include a Resident's clubhouse featuring a comprehensive fitness centre where residents can enjoy tennis, squash and swimming. There are also plans to also include a luxurious health spa. Provisions for a Village Shopping centre have been made to cater for the convenience shopping needs of Eye of Africa's community.

The design for the proposed community facilities which will overlook the 18th hole and enjoy vistas to the Johannesburg CBD skyline, also incorporates a fully functional golf clubhouse and pro shop with a café and restaurant. Sufficient parking and integrated pathway network to allow the use of golf carts by residents and their visitors to enjoy the facilities. In addition, a world class landscaped lagoon pool will be the centerpiece of the two hectare precinct. The Village green and resort-style beach lagoon create a true water-based recreational and leisure destination providing the ideal meeting place for the Eye of Africa residents.
